Framing and Experience Design

How do you frame an eating experience so it becomes more than a tool to fulfill the needs of our physical drive? How can surroundings, design, art, scent and storytelling become a frame for a unique experience with a follow-up? These question are very essential when we want to design experiences in the future.
Jasper Udink ten Cate is the man behind Creative Chef — a multidisciplinary Art and Design studio specialized in food. Jasper cooks, designs products, and has a dream to get his food into the museum. He breaks the boundaries between art, food and design. He questions the ever predictable typologies of things.
Jasper is the author of ‘Creative Chef, How to create a mind blowing food experience’ (Bis Publishers, 2016), owner of the Museum of Taste (het Smaakmuseum), and co-owner of Mesjokke chocolate factory.
